 How to Plant Beans in Violin?

Thread the bean with the string using Installation Kit.  Together with the ball end place the bean under the tailpiece as Fig. (1) or follow the steps in Fig. (2) and use Installation Kit to plant in the fine tuner.  

Beans should be squeezed natually by string tension.  Their function is activated when there is No Direct Contact between the ball end and the tailpiece/fine tuner.

How long do Beans last?

All beans are made in Taiwan with highest quality using advanced manufecturing technology.  In particular, the bean surface of anti-strached coating supports themselves to sustain in high string tension for roughly five years depending on air humidity.  They are able to persist much longer than strings.  However, their function will be highly degrading, if they are used in the second strings.  Similar to strings, beans are a supply accesory which needs to be renewed together with strings.
